We will process your refund within 3-5 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Refund requests made after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. We want every customer to be satisfied, so reach out and we will work with you.

All digital product purchases (rule packs, templates, automation kits, tools)
Bundle purchases (refund applies to the full bundle)

What This Does Not Cover

Custom service engagements (quoted and agreed separately)
Products purchased through third-party platforms (governed by their policies)
